Degree Supplement Form is being introduced in Bahria University w.e.f fall 2010 on instruction of HEC. This form will be another document to be issued to the students in addition to their Transcripts & Degrees. DSF will provide a description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the studies that were pursued and successfully completed by the individual.
In case, the desired information of DSF is already available on transcript/degrees, the relevant portion on DSF will carry the remarks “As depicted on transcript”. The DSF will be issued to the students on completion of their degree requirement and after issuance of their Final Transcript. Rupees 500/- will be charged from each student at the time of submission of DSF Application Form at the campuses.
